We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unopened product in its original packaging for a full refund, credit or exchange of the original purchase price.

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Items must be returned to the Skin & Body Clinic within 30 days of the original purchase.  We do not issue call tags you are responsible for any return shipping fees.

Please allow two to three weeks for the processing of your return.
